The Problem:
A Biggleswade customer called us for help as his desktop computer was unable to update windows and was stuck in a cycle of rebooting/installing and uninstalling a windows update.
What Did We Do:
- Arrived same day.
- Took the PC tower away for further diagnostics.
- Fixed the original customers issue, got the pc up to date.
- Cleaned all internal components and ran other tests to ensure no other problems.
- Delivered back to the customers home.
- Ensured the customer had information on backup and security for the future.
Conclusion:
Another happy customer with a an up to date computer which means it is better protected from viruses and malware etc.
